As part of our office’s Fall webinar series, my latest webinar, “Captioning Your Course Videos,” is now available. In it, I demonstrate the closed captioning tools available in both Camtasia for Windows and YouTube.

I should mention that you can caption a video with Camtasia for Mac, but the functionality in that program is not as fully-featured as it’s Windows counterpart. TechSmith needs to get its act together on this one (c’mon folks, it’s 2015).

Also, I captioned this video by modifying the captions that YouTube generated automatically, which is something I discuss during the webinar.
